Returns & Refunds

30-Day Returns
Unopened products in their original packaging may be returned within 30 days of delivery. Because these are food products, opened items can only be returned if they arrived damaged or incorrect.
Starting a Return
Email return@knovanuture.com with your order number and the items you want to return. We reply with return instructions within one business day.
Refunds
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5-7 business days of us receiving the return. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is our error.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
Contact support@knovanuture.com within 7 days of delivery with a photo, and we will replace the item or refund it in full.
